Thank you for your loyalty to DZRT - the new nicotine delivery product that has - in less than six months - proven its effectiveness in helping smokers in Saudi Arabia quit smoking partially or completely.

Since launch, we have experienced a growing rate of demand that has reached unprecedented levels last month exceeding all our expectations. Our customers are telling us that DZRT is helping them quit smoking and many regular users are now enjoying the rewards of living smoke-free.

We have recently seen some disruption in our fulfillment of online orders due to this unprecedented surge in demand. We are working diligently to resolve this issue with our logistic partners and appreciate your patience as we rectify the situation. Meanwhile, we would like to bring to your attention that DZRT has been also made available across the three main cities (Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam) at multiple retail stores of (Sasco, Meed, Sahel, Adnoc and Primo) starting December 17th. Also, it will be available at Tamimi starting December 20th.

We will also continue to service our online customers with a more streamlined ordering process that would provide and guarantee their daily use via an order cap of 5 cans every 5 days (120 hours).
